The operating model of this administration is closer to fascism than anything else.

What this action does is create a new category of "gun crime" that does not involve actually firing a gun.
It is the creation of a new mala in prohibitum, crimes that are crimes simply because the government says so, as distinguished from mala in se, crimes that are crimes in their own nature, such as robbery or murder. Sense of Events: Totalism and the end of American liberty

"....category of "gun crime" that does not involve actually firing a gun."
==============

Kinda like a drug crime that doesn't involve the actual use of the drug. Possession alone will get a stretch in the hoosegow.

That's where they're heading with this gun stuff.

But it won't work.

What you're going to see is a dramatic increase in the number of gov't employees being shot and there will be no evidence as to who did it.

Brown bag; used article, cash only. Got it.

Nothing against the state. That about sums it up. It's worth noting: the whole Mussolini thing did not end well for Benito. Just saying.

When the citizen is a criminal for exercising liberty and their God given right to defend the life that God gave them, they are made to be, by the State, both the victim and the criminal by the State.

The outcome does not bode well for the State.
Agents of the State forget, at their peril, that citizens allow themselves to be ruled by consent.
