It has the extended mag, Cutts Compensator(to suppress muzzle rise) on the barrel, and Thompson fore grip because ...it's full auto.
I read somewhere that Dillinger had it converted to .38 too.(easier to hit what you need to hit, less kick than .45acp)
Smallest submachine gun(machine pistol) in existence other than a few Mauser C96 Broomhandles.
