Nobody’s doing much of anything at all.

“That happened on my watch!” scores the biggest bragging rights. It looks phony and fake, because it is. House of Eratosthenes

"Nobody’s doing much of anything at all."
=========================

That's an inherent trait in communism. When the gov't steals your stuff you start to think, "Well, if they're going to steal my stuff then why should I waste my time acquiring stuff?"

The stuff I am referring to is money. Coin.

If you take the time to figure out ALL of the money the gov't steals from you in it's myriad ways you would be shocked, and at the same time awed, that you are even surviving in spite of it.

Take a bag of 98 cent frozen corn From Walmart.
Everybody in the line of manufacturing that bag of corn paid all of the taxes listed below which added to the cost of it.

You are taxed at least 28% on that 98 cents of income, then you pay a 6% sales tax when purchasing it, and tax on the gas for your car that carried you to the store.

To drive your car you paid tax for permission to do so by way of a drivers license. The car itself was taxed for a license plate. You are required by law to have insurance on that car so there's another tax, plus a fair amount of the cost of the insurance is due to the taxes the insurance company must pay.

You paid sales tax when you purchased the car and on any maintenance and improvements to it.

You paid tax on the garments you wore so that you wouldn't get arrested for indecent exposure.

Finally, by way of gov't produced inflation that 98 cents is 97% more than it should be.

In 1913 that corn would have cost you 3 cents and there was no income tax and a sales tax was minimal if at all.

In 1913 the average worker earned $4 a day and got to spend 99% of it on things he wanted and so did everybody else all up and down the line.

Now, 99% of your money is stolen from you and are things that much better to warrant it?

Not even close.
And people are figuring it out.
