Gerard,

I have had no desire to follow this particular, ah, controversy, and maybe I'm missing something here, but.......

The newspaper headline says it all -- "He said, she said". Her word against his. If there are no witnesses to the alleged assault(s), and there's no physical evidence, then what case does the prosecution have?

Great front page. (I never thought he was funny from the git-go.) Never even got a chuckle then, now I chuckle. NEXT, should be ol' BJ Bill Clinton on that same headline.

One nice thing about the tabloids like the Daily News, they're sized properly to fit the bird cage.

The "case" of the prosecution revolves around Cosby's incautious pointing out to black folks, for the last several years, that they are their own worst enemies. Anybody remember that?

It was only a matter of time until his insistence on pointing out reality reached the point of reminding everybody that black folks were being used as tools of the liberal establishment. Can't have that - and here we are now.
