Kalifornia and their water problem were created by home grown Communists. I am well schooled in that issue and do not intend to go into it in detail.

The first fix would be the deportation of fifteen million illegal consumers of that water. Send them back to Mexico and shoot them with piping hot mashed potatoes if they attempt to return.

Then finish the central valley water project as designed and funded. Research Jerry Brown and his commie friends during his first tenure as Governor there. No socialist Israei magic water schemes necessary.

I've made a fair amount of money over the past few years working on *god* books so I don't hate the concept of such a thing though I think it's kind of silly.
