Clowns. Why did it have to be clowns?
Waukesha police told WISN the teenage boy is "developmentally delayed and is just doing this to see people's reaction. Both he and his parents were advised several times it would really help us out if he wouldn't stand out there doing that."

Love the whole politically correct “developmentally delayed” phrase, as if it will in fact occur at some time in the future. Not taking cheap shots but it ain’t gonn’a happen tomorrow or the next day or…

Clowns, they're afraid of clowns? Their whole lives are clown shows. these hothouse flowers wilt when any fracture in their secure walls of their safe spaces.
