The only appropriate response to Ben Carson is to compete with everyone else complimenting him on his wonderfulness.

None of which changes the fact that he is where he is because he is a black guy being nice to conservatives.
If he were an Irish guy with the same resume and presentation, he would be this guy or this guy. No one would have any reason to know him and friends would assume he has lost his marbles. But, he is a sacred person and that means he gets to be on the big stage running for president. Unintentionally, Carson is proving a point the revolting have been making for a while now. That is, Conservative Inc.is just the dull-witted little brother of the Progressives, tagging along behind them, imitating whatever they do. The Left got their magic negro in 2008 and the Right gets their magic negro in 2016. Ben the Magic Negro | The Z Blog

Your Say

Slavery is a universal term that describes people being used without benefit for the benefit of others and that pretty much sums up everyone that is forced to pay ransom for various reasons to you know who.

But early childhood programming causes you to believe you live in the "freeist country on the planet".

The veiled threat that keeps you voluntarily on their leash is that if you don't pay that ransom things will get worse.

"None of which changes the fact that he is where he is because he is a black guy being nice to conservatives."

Low information voter with a blog speaks.

The top three candidates, Trump, Carson & Fiorina, leading are what? Non-politicians. Yea, wonder why that is.

People/voters are willing to overlook obvious flaws for what they don't have - D.C. stank.

Let's take it easy with the race bullcrap. A Black republican ran in 2012 and didn't get very far.

Anyone who thinks that real estate, medical/hospital/departmental administration/leadership, or the corporate boardroom is without politics needs to step back a few feet and look a gain. All three of them have lived with (and survived) politics and political battles for years.

For all the nay-sayers: It's a new day. Obama screwed the political pooch for a long time. He buggered the Donks and Boehner/McConnell twins did in the GOP.

What is now needed is serious phone activity directed at the local offices of the GOP Congress Critters in your district. Hammer them to either overthrow Boehner now or suffer in '16.

Alinsky rules work both ways.

I read THINK BIG by Dr. Carson, decades ago for motivational reading, it was inspirational. Dr. Carson's mother never allowed he and his brother to watch TV all day or after school while she worked menial jobs. She made them go to the Detroit library and read books all week and present two book reports /wk on what they had learned. He learned many years later that his dear mother could barely read, but she sternly reviewed their reports. Please do not equate Dr. Carson with Obummer, not even in his league. He did not go through life consumed with self pity as the white house resident still does. I'm a Trump supporter, but greatly , greatly admire Dr. Carson and I hope he will soon be vice president. He is an outstanding American and an exceptional Physician!

"....not even in his league."
===============

Well there ya go, end of story.
At least that's what the pinklady believes.

But it's really just the beginning.
Carson is in the exact same league as obammy and you want to know why?

They BOTH want to rule YOU.

pinklady wants to be ruled and I haven't the vaguest idea why. Her only complaint is in who that ruler shall be, even though in hindsight they are all the same.

When it's all said and done I will have lived not one free day of my entire life in the freeist country in all the land.

I sure am getting fed up with this race thing. We've been waltzing around with it for, what, fifty some years now? To describe a burning looting murdering mob as "Nigger Thugs" is appropriate (since that's what they affectionately call each other) but an individual who happens to be Black is not to be painted with the same brush. Not any more than being Italian makes one a Mafia member or being German makes one a Nazi. C'mon folks, get past skin color.

Ghost: I can say this, you sure are consistent in your views. Doesn't it get lonely, not having any social connections?

Do you realize you are portraying yourself as a victim being oppressed and dominated by anything resembling authority? Not one day of freedom, really?

Facetiousness and cynicism are the symptoms of a hopeless humanity, lacking an enlightened point of view.

Being allowed to do some things, is not freedom.

Don't mistake quantity with quality when speaking of social connections.

Besides, there's worse things in life than being alone occasionally.

I'll even go so far as to say there is too much socializing (herd mentality, flash mobs, facebook, twitter, etc.) going on these days.

Most of it is just plain silliness practiced by silly asses with little more than 2 brain cells.

And then there's you and I. We don't fall for the herd mentality. We avoid crowds. We draw a perimeter and only allow certain folks inside.

The only time I usually smile at someone is after I've figured out a way to kill them.
