Francis Changes Mind; Declares 2016 “Year Of Divine Wrath”

Hundreds of Catholics gathered in St. Peter’s Square this morning to celebrate the Holy Father’s announcement that 2016 will now be called the Year of Divine Wrath.
The announcement came as Pope Francis asked God to rain down fire and brimstone on the world for its corruption and lack of care for the poor. “It is time, oh Lord, for retributive justice!” Francis yelled into the microphone in front of all those gathered. “Let Judgment Day commence!” | EOTT LLC

It may be time for another Reformation.

Pope Francis is no intellectual heavy weight - especially since he is an adherent to Latin/South American 'Liberation Theology' (Socialism infected Catholic Doctrine).

...and it shows. :(

"It may be time for another Reformation."

I can hear the indulgent cash registers ringing from here.

When the wrath comes, it won't necessarily be for the rich but for faithless and murderous thieves where ever and whoever they are. It'll also be for hypocrites, liars and well leavened priests.

Dear Mr. Pope, what ever happened to the Gospel?

Right about the time Adam Smith described something men had just then begun doing spontaneously, the earth had never supported a billion souls and life was said to be nasty, brutish, and short. Then suddenly there were six billion people, most of them pretty well fed.

If capitalism makes poor people it sure makes a lot of them. Or maybe capitalism makes a lot of people and the Pope makes them poor.

"Eye of the Tiber"
Catholic satire. Sort of like the onion only holier.

If only it were true. Then we could say, "is the Pope Catholic?" without wondering if he actually is.

Pope Francis has an excellent procedure to hasten the Rapture:
All True and faithful Catholics will be led to the heights of Mount Sinai where they will jump over the edge. Any believers that God wants will be lifted up to Heaven. Those not worthy of salvation will be allowed to plummet downward.
