It Would Seem the Fine Wine BS Virus Has Infected the Growers of Weed

darkstar.jpg

The Dark Star strain is quintessential old-school stoner weed. An all-indica cross, Dark Star matches the timeless Purple Kush with a true landrace indica from the Khyber Pass in Afghanistan, the domain from which indicas first evolved. This is the weed you hoped you were getting from the skunky smelling hippie on the way into the show. It is a quick onset, long lasting indica buzz ideal for spacing out and letting the music take over. FromCanna Delivers - Chico - Chico | Weedmaps

I was rather fond of a particular strain of sinse that was running around SW Fla for about $90/qtr lb back in 81-82 that kept me almost broke most of the time.

Conservative values. Class Warfare is for dope-smoking commies. Stand on your own. No leeching. No whining. Fuck the hippies. Hanify

Why do you think they call it "dope"?

I've been through the Pakistan 95% of the Khyber Pass, to Landi Kotal near the Afghan border. Around 1963. It was a hell hole, and a fearful place then. You dared not get more than 10M off the pavement without great risk of being pounced on and kidnapped. The tribes and Paki gov't had agreed the tribes would not molest people who kept to the roadway. Landi Kotal was safe. It was governed by a merchants' council, and protected by their armed security which saw to it that commerce (in anything and everything you can imagine) was not hindered. From the drugs I saw openly displayed and traded in Landi Kotal, I can't imagine anyone fooling with weed. And, there ain't no Khyber Pass to speak of in Afghanistan. It lies almost entirely in Pakistan.
