Your Say

I guess trying to scare the proles into submission with threats of fire and brimstone has been replaced by threats of Global Warming and Rising Oceans. Either way, pay up, sucker.

And yet the West has greatly reduced industrial pollution since 1960. Go figure.

When I see the viral photos of how destroyed the natural world is, I wonder if those who post them, realize that nearly every single one of them, was taken in a socialist, or communist country. Capitalistic or free market economies usually don't trash their beds. It is true.

Somebody hasn't been paying attention.

There isn't 2 square inches of property anywhere in this country that hasn't been polluted or trashed.

I may be exaggerating but only slightly.

Pollution, litter, trash, is so prevalent that everyone has become numb to it.

There are no bodies of water, creeks or streams, that are not suspect, even the edge of your front yard along the street is slammed with cigarette butts and debris.

Nobody notices any more because it has been everywhere for so long everyone has become numb to it.
