The Ultimate Gun Free Zone: The Beach
your average beach goer, even the gun nutty types, aren’t going to take a piece when they head out for some beach time. It seems to me if this type of attack is to be a template, the only viable solution is a stepped up police presence at beaches, with the officers appropriately armed with patrol rifles (for those of you who are gun control advocates, ‘patrol rifles’ are what you people call an ‘assault weapon’) that can handle the kind of range you’ll encounter in a beach environment. | Shall Not Be Questioned

That's wrong on so many levels; does she know? Why take a picture of that? Is she desperate to get eaten by sharks? Or worse, cause someone else to get eaten by sharks? The mind boggles.

That guy talks like a sausage. There is no reason why a person cannot "carry" a firearm at the beach.
Think outside of holster, think belly bag, drinks cooler, sunscreen and all the other crap bag. C'mon folks, if you are smart enough to read this article you can certainly think of a way to carry a concealed weapon at the beach, probably into a steam bath or sauna.

Bingo, chasmatic! I never go anywhere unarmed. I have a great small backpack with a built in holster (very discrete) for OBC. It also holds sunscreen, hat, cell phone and extra magazines. 511tactical.com has a very nice selection.
I know it's a cliché, but "when seconds count, the police are only minutes away."

If The West deported Muslims back to Crapistan you would greatly reduce the threat. Quarantine Muslims, no matter their origin, to OIC countries until OIC becomes civilized. If you allow "moderate Muslims" to remain in The West who will fix Crapistan?
People in The West are like scared white people in so many movies. They find themselves in a bad neighborhood, thugs approaching, and they consciously don't lock their car doors because they think locking the doors will signal to the approaching thugs the white people are afraid or think the thugs are threatening, which might trigger violence. People that don't defend themselves don't deserve a future.
