The American flag is a symbol of Native American genocide. We need to take it down.

While you’re at it, take down the Union Jack. It symbolizes 700 years of war against Scotland.
The Kiss logo has an SS that looks like Hitler’s SS. That’s offensive to all the Holocaust survivors in the audience. The Young Turks is offensive to the 1.5 Armenian Christians they murdered. They need to #ChangeTheName. I’m offended when rednecks call themselves rednecks because the term comes from Scotch-Irish slaves who couldn’t handle the Southern heat. That word should be as illegal as “kaffir” is in South Africa. White people themselves are a symbol of hatred and oppression, which is why I’ve begun a social media campaign called #TakeUsDown where white people post pictures of themselves facedown on the pavement. Your Say

"The American flag is a symbol of Native American genocide. We need to take it down."

---

GM: "No matter what your legends say, you did not sprout like the spring grass and you didn't coalesce out of hte ether; you came out of the Minnesota woodlands armed to hte teeth and set upon your fellow man.

You massacred the kiowa, the Omaha, the Ponca, the Oto and the Pawnee, without mercy and yet you claim the Black Hills as a private preserve bequeathed to you by the Great Spirit.

SB: "And who gave us the guns and powder to kill our enemies? And who traded weapons to the Chippewa and others who drove us from our home?"

GM: "Chief Sittingbull, the proposition that you were a peaceable people before the appearance of the White Man is the most fanciful legend of all. You were killing each other for hundreds of moons before the first White stepped foot on this continent. You conquered those tribes, lusting for their game and their lands, just as we have conquered you for no less noble of a cause."

We need much more hate. It is the only way to be fair about this offended crap. Everyone should hate everyone else. Let no stone go unturned in finding hatred. Form groups that hate: fat people, skinny people, old, young, big, little, smart people, dumb ones. Hate haters, hate turn-the-other-cheekers, OK, you got the drift.

Once everybody hates everybody else and is the object of hate there will be a level playing field.

"Ooh, they hate me"

gets you "So? Big effing deal".

An observation on queer marriages: now they will be absorbed by the mainstream. No longer championing a great cause, no more reason to whine and bitch.

John Waters has something to say about it: http://www.nytimes.com/2015/06/27/us/scotus-same-sex-marriage-gay-culture.html

It doesn't surprise me that many gays feel let down. The long awaited moment when the much desired closure event would finally make them whole has arrived. Yet, now they still have to deal with the dailyness of their lives. They can now get a license, have a ceremony, and file a joint tax return; but they are still the same people with the same problems they had before the SCOTUS suddenly answered their prayers - much like a dog that has finally caught the car. Always and forever, be careful what you wish for.
