If you're a shooter or want to be:

Spread all your fingers all the way out to maximum extension.

Flex your trigger finger all the way in hard, then all the way out hard, without moving your other fingers.

Do this 100 times everyday with both hands.

Put your palms together, fingers pointing up and spread as wide as you can get them.

With your right hand fingers bend your left hand fingers backwards as far as they'll go and hold them there for 10 seconds.

Do the same with opposite hands.

Do this 100 times every day.

Clench the fingers and thumbs of both hands (make tight fists) as tightly as possible and hold it for 10 seconds.

Spread the fingers and thumb outward as far as possible and hold it for 10 seconds.

Do each 10 times each day.

With your right thumb closest to you, put your fingers together like you're praying and clasp them hard, and hold it for 10 seconds.

Do the same with your left thumb closest to you.

Now pick up the speed til you can clasp and unclasp once per second.

Then try for twice per second, then 3, then 4.

In a year you may not be a better shooter but you'll be able to snap a 12 lb neck bone with your bare hands, and that's worth something.
