On Oct 15, 1964 Keef snapped a D string on his '58 Tele during the Ed Sullivan Show and at that very instant his entire molecular structure transposed to where he is no longer human and is totally supported on harmonic imbalances. Keef went on to play another 23,212 songs over the decades never once installing a D string on any guitar, a claim no other musician can publicly state, and will outlive the universe and even gawd himself.
