The pictures of that art work should include a list of disclaimers two inches thick. The moron leftist crowd could attempt to duplicate this thing by starting off with a propane tank that still contains . . . propane.
The man used a cutting torch (hot flame) to do the art.
Reminds me of a cheap attorney in Frisco when I was in College who made a habit of using an oxy-actelene torch to cut an end off fifty-five gallon drums for use as trash barrels at his apartment buildings. He finally ran out of luck when the last one exploded and blew his head off.

I clearly remember an incident here in Ottawa about 8 years ago, where a 62-year old man ended up in the burn ward because he tried to cut off the top of a gas can with a chainsaw. Goes to show you can live 62 years in this world, and not learn a damn thing.

Many moons ago the family went to Yellowstone in our '59 Country Squire. Took a big rock in the bottom of the gas tank and was leaking. Local garage knew the drill. Ran a hose from the exhaust pipe into the gas fill pipe and told my old man to fire her up. Raised it up on the hoist and frickin welded the tank shut, with gas in it - not actually flowing out anymore but lots of vapors still. I "watched" from around back of the station while the rest of the family stood around and gawked. Jesus H. Christ, how I survived them I will never understand.

A man that's born to be hanged will never drown.
