Woody Paige on ESPN's 'Around the Horn' had part of that on his 'chalkboard' about a month ago.

Actually, I like a sharp Pinconning; to me it is so tangy and alive.
I admit, I like cheese and I love my state, Michigan. I love the land and the lakes; I love it all; but Pinconning Cheese - that is something else.

My uncle Louie Lozko, we all called him "Letsgo Lozko", he raised bantam chickens. He was fond of chicken wings and Velveeta cheese with Ritz crackers. Oh, and beer.
