Who wants to be Billy Joel when you can be Sting or Elvis Costello?
a witless Hollywood poseur who having made himself a splendid fortune and having been cured of his various addictions now seeks new avenues of satisfaction. The progression is a common one among celebrities: To be paid handsomely is not enough, the sexual rewards are not enough, to be famous is not enough, to be celebrated is not enough — the hungry ego demands to be admired and respected, and the clown wants the world to know that underneath his makeup is the face of a Serious Man.Brand Unawareness | National Review Online

Haven't a clue as to who that person is. I must run in the wrong circles. Or maybe they're right. Is there an advantage to having knowledge of this person receiving free rent in my brain?

Ghost, this guy is making money in movies hand over fist and running around screaming that rich people are pugs for making money. He wants to live in a pure socialist state, without giving up HIS money of course.

Draw a line in the sand, on one side are the normals, and on the other are the targets.
He sounds like he's on the other side.
That other side is getting full, might throw the whole world off balance.
I remember G Gordon Liddy explaining on the radio back in the 80's that wealthy people that don't do much to get their money feel guilty about it, they don't feel like they earned it. So something in their brain is tripped and turns them into a socialist.
Guess I have never made enough to pop that switch cause I just don't get it. Also, I outlived the child phase long ago.
