Agree, CT. Love Sowell, but race has always been a subject he avoided, and it has not developed apace with his mind. The race war is a cold war, and the perestroika is numbing. The Millennials are as ignorant as the Orcs. Even a race war would mark an improvement.

The civil war which is both essential and unlikely is the one which we do not know how to fight--against a powerful section of our own intellectuals. A race war suits them well enough. Evolving discord is their playground, but they do not stay for the fight.

Rioting Blacks, like Muslims should be met with the same efforts they extend to us: violence begets violence.

We are all listening to rumors that something bad is gonna happen in the ghettos. Instead of cowering and hoping that it won't happen near us we should be fire-bombing Ferguson and other concentrations of rioters. Can't find 'em? Enlarge the target area.

Folks, as unpleasant as it may appear, going against spiritual principles that I and many others espouse in Christianity, the only solution for the rioter threat is to kill every last one of them, their families, their friends, their neighbors; to lay waste to their crop lands and salt their wells, to destroy their buildings such that no two stones lay atop one another.

The justification, if one is needed, is that there is Evil in the world. Whether we are spiritual or worldly, believers or atheists, young, old, gay or straight, male or female, White or Black, or any other combination of the above, the paradigm in which we all repose dictates that some things are good, some bad, and some Evil.

That Christian paradigm of turn the other cheek just gets you a second punch in the face. I'll let the liberals do that; I can sit back and LMAO as they get shit-kicked silly.

We've encountered that other side, brief flashes of flame and heat that come close to lighting a permanent fire but you forget about it and them, as fast as you can. Someone should tell them, if they succeed in starting the fire they will burn. I may weep for the old friends and friendships but it won't stop me from doing what needs be done.

For a race war to break out things will have to get a lot worse. The difference between civilised people and barbarians is one of self-restraint. That is what is protecting the barbarians so far.

Obama seems determined to exploit racial divisions as a method of undermining the American cultural fabric and he simply does not care about the personal consequences of such actions. So narcissistic is the man, I would not be surprised if he actually embraces the idea of personal martyrdom. Because of this, even though the situation is not yet at the tipping point, that it will, at some point, seems certain.

When the pent-up anger in America boils over, I believe it will spread to Europe. Then there will truly be a "Clash Of Civilisations And The Remaking Of The World Order." The time of reckoning is almost upon us. When the inevitable happens, whether in two years or twenty, it will not just be an ugly war, but the ugliest of wars. In this epic clash there is no doubt who will win.

I agree with James Wilson. This should not be a war between races but between sensible people and the collectivists. Pigmentation may correlate in some cases, but the truly wicked are most often lily white like the Bushes and the Clintons, the boys at Goldman-Sachs, Soros and Buffet, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Al Franken, Chuck Schumer, et al. Sure, I hate Eric Holder and Obama, but I'd hate them just as much if they were Scotsmen.
