Well someone had to do SOMETHING about all those people smoking cigarettes. And yes, it's a tiny loss of freedom, but seat belts and safety helmets save lives. And the environment! What's a few restrictions when the Earth needs saving? And we can't forget the rights of the oppressed. The LBGQSTFU's need special protection from hate and bigotry. And lead! and cO2! The problem is, many folks have allowed their children to be indoctrinated. Like this guy says:

“When an opponent declares, ‘I will not come over to your side,’ I calmly say, ‘Your child belongs to us already… What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. In a short time they will know nothing else but this new community.’“ - Adolf Hitler
