The RNC has INCREASED the number of open primaries since the McCain 2008 Fiasco. The NSRC/RNC has bought commercials attacking other Republicans and aiding Democrat candidates.

Stop promoting the lie that the GOP will not fight back. They fight back against TA Party types all the time.

The Democrats and non-TEA Party Republicans are like two union employees that sabotage the replacement non-union employees so that the non-union employee's increased productivity and lower costs are not accepted by the employer. The R/D union employees have an interest in keeping the status quo where comfortably alternates between a Republican and then Democrat Shop Steward, thus preserving the practice of two 30-minute breaks per hour, long lunches, dozens of paid holidays, etc.

If you don't fight to take over the GOP there will be no change in DC. The Libertarians don't care enough about their agenda to organize and win on any topics other than dope. Stop fantasizing about various strategies of retreat to other places and surrender on various topics. Replace the RINOs and ruthlessly make demands on those you empower. Nobody can be elected and left unsupervised for 2-4 years.

No matter who gets elected the government is in charge.

Chas is right and therefore no matter who is in charge the individual citizens will lose. I bailed from the system quite a while back as the only way to win is to not play their game and accept the reality of the world as it is, rather than pretend that it could be something else. Mob rule, democracy, is not for individuals by definition, and I'll have no part of it. Democracy means you must be subservient to others and that goes against my natural grain. For me life is filled with dangers from tyrants at all levels, from the neighbor across the road to the raghead on the otherside of the planet. So I must categorize the levels of threat by proximity and understand that at anytime all of it can go out of control. Regular people don't bother me much and the worst threat is the common jackboot on the street for in a split second he can choose to try to destroy be any reason or no reason. What has democracy done for me lately and why should anyone support it?
