One of them is hanging from an electrical wire in Livermore. At Livermore Fire Station No. 6 is a lightbulb that has not burned out in 110 [113] years. 1. The filament is JUST the right length?
2. The "envelope" is REALLY evacuated (maybe even displaced) of air?
3. Planned obsolescence hadn't been adopted globally by the (then) durable goods industry?
