There was a time when people too dumb, lazy, and worthless to vote... didn't. They had no political clout, non influence, and no impact on policy, and that was a good thing.

Good people don't choose other people to steal, cage and kill.
It's appalling that lot's of grown ups don't understand this.
Their day is coming, and not too soon.
