The Seven Bad Ideas of Leftism
No proof is being offered here that Leftists believe these ideas or make these assertions.The reader can discover that for himself, merely by listening to them talk, reading their works, and reaching his own conclusion. If you cannot see it by reading what they say, you will not see it by my repeating what they say. Look for yourself.No claim is here being made that these Seven Bad Ideas are rational, related to reality, or even comprehensible.
This irrationality and unreality and incomprehensibility of the ideas is a feature, not a bug. Once logic has been dismissed as a tool of cognition, reflection and judgment are unnecessary, and the process of thought is greatly simplified. Instead of a levelheaded discussion such as Leftists, back when they were in the minority, were wont to pretend to want, the modern Leftist substitutes venom, vilification, sneers, slights, and self congratulation.-- Every Joe

The author is trying to bring some rationality, some logic, to the reason behind the prog's thinking or whatever they are calling themselves now.
There is none. period.
Try to find logic in a child is like trying to find water in a desert.
The reason for this is not because they cannot think logically but that they are lazy.
V E R Y Lazy.
And logic isn't always fun.
Children want to have fun all the time and do not want to accept responsibility.
So does the left.
Sandra Fluke wants to fuck like a mink but wants someone else to bear the responsibility for the potential consequences.
She is a typical leftist, lazy, wants to have fun, does not want to bear responsibility.
Notice if you will that this mindset is through out all aspects of gov't, dem and rep.
Gov't, the nanny state, treats all citizens as children and the gov't itself is staffed by children.
This is as clear as the nose on your face.

It's all quite simple, logical, and subversive.
The Democraps discovered that by being the biggest givers of freebies to the financially poor, educationally poor, and culturally crippled they could ensure 20-30% of the vote with little effort other than separate payoffs to these groups' leaders.
$Billions have been wasted on going-nowhere programs to keep up the charade and to keep the needy in need, dependent on handouts.
With this 20-30% headstart, and breakeven on the remaining 70-80% of voters, the Demoncraps win again and again until the citizen losers awake to the sham and vote for the other party's less obvious hustlers.
Some patriots on the Left and Right, rather than only bitching and moaning, have already begun moving government back to the informed citizens -- just read the last 70 pages of 'Citizenville: How to Take Town Square Digital and Reinvent Government.' 2013, by Gavin Newsom.He kicks butt and gives credit to both Left and Right, appropriately and among other things describes how via internet apps citizens contribute directly to legislation-writing, ratings of change suggestions by the involved citizens, feedback to all involved, etc. Don't miss it. It's becoming the reversal of our devolution and formation of a new kind of democratic citizen-activated republic. I defecate you not!
