Their hatred excludes them from the thing that they hate. By Othering Jews, they only Other themselves. Their books, their petitions, their jokes and their protests, their boat trips to Gaza and their letters from 199 Rabbis Against the Occupation and all the other symptoms of their hatred exist in the present, but not the past or the future. Once ISIS establishes itself in the US as an ongoing, existential threat - one punctuated by panel vans indiscriminately opening up and gunning down pedestrians on residential street corners - these will be all-season, "sensible accessories" for every outfit. "Assault weapon" bans notwithstanding.

After Israel's latest campaign against the jihadis, she left Hamas in power in Gaza, left Hamas with an estimated 3000 rockets in Gaza, and still allows food, water, and electricity into Gaza. The problem in Gaza isn't that Hamas has rockets, but that Hamas exists. If the Nazis had disarmed in 1945, would it have been safe to end the war and everyone go home? No.
The "Palestinians" keep electing more and more radical leadership, or fighting to gain control of leadership by being more and more ruthless. The Gazans are not innocent bystanders. They would destroy all of Israel if they could. Bomb, bulldoze, and annex as much land as it takes until Israel is left in peace. If the jihadis decide that means they all die, so be it. Nobody should value the lives of Muslims more than Muslims value their lives.
