"No one in their right mind wants to carry a loaded firearm in public or have one around the house."

No one at all, other than security guards, bodyguards, police, residents of Washington DC, Brinks drivers, rural folks, minimart workers, border guards, the secret service, responsible homeowners, pilots, etc etc. Plus some bad guys too. The News Junkie @ Maggie's Farm

Well, that might have been true during the 50's but it ain't true now. America is morphing into a unrecognizable and lawless swamp and it gets worse every day. And the truth is that the odds of an "everyman" being the victim of an attack by a black or a mexican increases with each passing day.

I not only keep pistols at strategic places in my home, I carry for self and family protection and I feel absolutely naked without my 9mm or .45 1911 under my shirt.

It requires a high level of disassociation with reality to not notice the extreme amount of violence everywhere these days.

People of that mentality believe that other's being prepared for violence are not in their right mind.

There is no cure for this disease, only death, and hopefully very painful.

Practice with your tools. Center of mass may not do the job-body armor now is worn. Head shots are tough but with practice doable.

Death prevents recidivism.
