No doubt they wish to improve their familial and tribal genes.

I still maintain that its all culture and training or lack thereof. People of that IQ level are perfectly trainable.
That said, I have thought for years that "they" are trying to aid in the depopulation of Africa.

Someone at Ace of Spades HQ recently got into trouble with Ace himself for pointing out quite accurately that these people are acting like ignorant savages for not carefully dealing with ebola, AIDS, etc.

Ace was all mad because it sounds racist and you'd never use savage for a white person yadda yadda. Mostlyl I think he just wants to make sure he doesn't easily gets smeared as a racist for having people say uncomfortable things on his blog.

But the truth is, some of them ARE savages, and almost all of them are inexcusably ignorant. In Sarahan Africa, the AIDS workers are having a hard time with tribals who believe dry sex is best to the point that the women are said to put SAND in their uh, well you get the idea. Where did they get this idea? Well having sex too early with girls way too young and who aren't always cooperative.

There's stupid like that in America in white people. I've run into it in trailer parks and with those we call "white trash." They're the retards on COPS in their underwear screaming about how the wife bruised their fist with her lyin' face. Its everywhere. Its just in Africa, they've never had a Judeo-Christian worldview to back the development of their civilization.

That would be the worldview that the left just spent 100 years trying to eradicate from the USA.

Please refer me to the studies showing the relationship between IQ and wisdom, between IQ and kindness, between IQ and altruistic self-sacrifice.

Stupid, brutal, self-defeating behavior is not the exclusive expression of the ignorant or genetically lower IQ person. Among the higher IQ monsters we have King Leopold, Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Tojo, Ho Chi Min, ... each with their higher IQ coterie of cold-blooded murderous torturers.

Not long ago, the Indians forced, via their cultural norms, widows to be burnt alive with their deceased husbands. The British put an end to that 'honorable' ethnic feature. Are Indians among the planet's lowest IQ populaces?

Most children below the age of two, cannot fend for themselves as well as they need to. Let's do away with them ASAP, and breed fetuses genetically modified to speak high-sounding political gibberish and to cannibalize their lower IQ siblings -- no point letting fresh flesh go to waste.

Others may wish to review the records of Black/Brown (but Red, White, and Blue) American fighting men and medics and police who ignorantly EARNED Congressional Medals of Honor, Silver and Bronze Stars, donated blood, limbs, and lives for their higher and lower IQ comrades, in war, in the 9/11 Twin Towers catastrophe, and on the Main Streets and Side Streets and Back Streets of our country.
Jesse Owens and Joe Louis and Jackie Robinson and Willie Mays may not have been higher IQ geniuses, but they showed their natural genius for grace and courage and modesty as decent humanes. If you don't believe me, ask Adolf Hitler about Owens, ask Max Schmeling about Louis, ask Robinson's and Mays' teammates and opponents and converted fans.

This not racist. The numbers are presented, the correlations are up to the readers.

Precisely Stug Guts. The problem isn't stupidity, its immorality.

Stug and Taylor have a terrible need to fill, the need to see equality where none exists. The truths about biologically based Negro dysfunction, and by no means only IQ, in every part of the world in which they exist will not change by ignoring or lying about them. To not understand this is a great cruelty, not a great kindness. Amidst all the cacophony written about race there exists a body of beautifully written and hard won truths about it all. The fact that Caucasians are suitable for liberty only very sporadically and even then by the thinnest of margins only illuminates the fact that no Negro tribe is capable of it. James, I was not clear enough. I meant to emphasize not equality, but equivalence in the range of qualities that human beings share.
Some have the qualities to create beneficial things for all -- medical and biologic products of all kinds, seeds/foods that can be grown more widely to promote thriving. Others, simple-hearted and simple-minded, may have as their prime qualities devotion to serving others, with little chance that they will design the next piece of life-saving instrumentation.

In the commercial world marketing people speak of promoting non-price values [durability, utility, appearance, lightness, ..]. In the world of human relationships what are the non-intellectual values that you find always attractive? Beauty, kindness, loyalty, courage?
Somewhat off the point, I remember a rabbi being asked whether God was kind and just in allowing birth of a child with Down syndrome. He replied that he'd been taught that these children were the current havens of old souls who'd evolved to near perfection, and they had chosen to serve in this world one last time by breaking or further softening hearts of parents and others, with the Down syndrome qualities of innocence and gentleness.

So who really knows. Alan Paton, author of 'Cry, the Beloved Country' put it this way, "There is only one way in which one can endure man's inhumanity to man and that is to try, in one's own life, to exemplify man's humanity to man."
Or, in the words of Tukaram Maharaj, householder, mystic, constant complainer to God, "In my life I have attained what I had to attain, and now the only reason I live is to serve."
