Has to be seen (and heard) to be believed.
The much-leftoid worshiped Sense of Events: Gun culture -- This is the traditional celebratory gunfire at a wedding celebration.Note that the arms being fired are fully-automatic sub-machine guns. And you thought the United States had a "gun culture!" We're pikers compared to most of the Middle East.

Well they seem to do that crap in Detroit too. all seem to forget that what goes up comes down at a velocity sufficient to kill.

Ghost, I believe the arm comes from the reckless endangerment unless you're violating a law about discharging a weapon inside city limits.
Here is SC I can go outside and rip off as many rounds as I want into the air. The neighbors might not like it but nothing unlawful until one of those rounds comes down through their roof.
