Your Say

I once saw the live broadcast of ESPN's college game day. They were all wearing blue jeans with dress shirts, suit jackets, and ties. Of course, in Bermuda, businessmen wear Bermuda Shorts (in nice fabrics that match) with dress shirts, suit jackets, and ties, or, at least they used to.

He looks like nothing so much as a little boy playing dress-up, doesn't he?

Arthur Conan Doyle might describe the gentleman, if from CNN, as follows--
He is wearing his Carefully Nurtured Nutcase (CNN) uniform: pantaloons of correct length for a knee-jerking looney ready to bow and scrape and butt-buss if given the chance to curry favor with a network-approved rectal orifice.

His somewhat confused expression and finger-pointing at the microphone indicates dismay that talk radio and TV are so ridiculous-sounding from the Left.
As Sherlock Holmes would comment, "Alimentary my dear canal." Makes no sense, just like CNN.

If the good fellow is from ESPN I salute his sartorial splendor, his carefully crafted cranium and his recognition that he's supposed to do something with the microphone other than point at it.

He'd look a whole lot better with a couple good hard punches in the face.
