Chicago has had a succession of clowns, crooks, bozos, incompetents, toadies and patsies, all of the same political suasion, stepping in the same s#!t in the same boots and everyone of them wondering why they have the same problem. They can't blame a Republican, there isn't one in sight.
Can't blame the Negros, the Muzzies or the Illegals, that's all politically incorrect.

If white people are the fundamental cause of black people's problems wouldn't those parts of the country, and the whole world, where white people are the least numerous be the most wealthy, peaceful, and high-functioning society?
If govt programs helped people, wouldn't those people getting the most govt assistance be the people in the best condition?
As Victor Davis Hanson asked, why was it Europeans arriving in Africa with sailing ships, firearms, etc., and not the other way around?

The demographics says it all. You can take the people out of the jungle but you can't take the jungle out of the people.
The Black folks in Chicago or any other large urban setting in the US are like unto the Muslims, with one interesting difference: the Muslims have a religion.
