"Spatchcock:" A word that should mean so much more than it does.

According to the dictionary the euphonious word "Spatchcock" means "a fowl that has been dressed and split open for grilling."

Well, okay, but it seems to me that the word could be applied to many more things in heaven and earth that simply cooking chickens....

my uncle's name was Louie Lozko. We all called him "Letsgo" Lozko.
He raised bantam chickens and none of them were ever spatchcocked.
