Forget the Jetpacks

"I never dreamt, as a schoolboy in the Sixties, that the future contained swarthy men with bloody swords holding severed heads up to the camera." | HappyAcres

I remember the early 60's and the excitement generated by the space race and i believed it would be possible to have a jet pack in my adult years. What i ended up with is a narcissist swine in the white house and a dead NASA who's point seems to be proving there is global warming or something. But even then i never dreamed of some of the ills that were to became reality in only 50 years down the road.

Leaving the future to the politicians guarantees the same future Rome had.

I never dreamt that it would be like Caligula's Rome. A half breed faggot of dubious provenance on the throne and toadying grifters running the place.
And We The People putting up with it.

Shas, show me another path to be taken. The citizens of America want bread and circuses and they are getting them.

Vermont: you know the answer as well as I do:
Fast way — we rise up and burn down the whole damn thing and start over;
Slow way — we stay out of the way and let the whole damn thing implode, and then we start over.
