Want birth control? Go buy it. Nobody is stopping you.

And don’t use social media or watch the news for the next few days
if you wish to avoid a sudden and intense migraine. Progressives have reacted to the ruling in their typically reasonable way, calling for Hobby Lobby to be burned to the ground, marking the first time in recorded history that anyone has made terroristic threats against an arts and crafts chain. Jo-Ann Fabrics better start beefing up its security.

Your Say

Let's see. Scotus "allowed" PP ACA if it's advocates admitted to their consistent denial that it was a tax.
"Certain" department heads, and "certain" executive folk decided on selective "enforcement".
SCOTUS "found" (5-2 actually) "That dog won't hunt".
Of course, we all COULD insist on strict democracy concerning more "free" entitlements from employers, tax PAYers, and ultimately consumers, but that would throw "gay" marriage into the same dumpster as "biological waste", not to mention reverse course on "tolerance" of illegal immigration, using children as soldiers, as well as increase unemployment via. elimination of "pernicious and redundant rent seekers" currently enjoying "special" hire-the-handicapped considerations in gub'mint paid "work".

I am in the mood today to suggest we eliminate all laws and restrictions, allow free access to firearms and ammunition and stand back.
May the best folks win and to the victors go the spoils.
Let's see how Darwin's Laws work for us. It should all get settled down within a generation.

@Capt -

Just to nitpick, SCOTUS didn't allow PPACA; rather, the court took an active part in creating and promoting it.

To wit - in keeping with 150 years of circular federal "logic", whereby the federal government determines the limits of the federal government's authority - SCOTUS rewrote PPACA, transforming the fine into a "tax", despite (as you note) persistent claims by PPACA's proponents that it was NOT a tax (i.e., specifically, not a tax increase).

The breakdown in our legal system, society and culture was guaranteed once the power to control the entire nation was handed to an unaccountable oligarchy in D.C., which effectively rules the States via threat of extortion, foremost, and the understood threat of military force (for which there is ample precedent). This breakdown is what has allowed the so-called "progressives" to seize control over the property, livelihood and liberty of so many. They've leveraged this breakdown since at least the Wilson administration. Don't expect that to change short of open, armed revolt.

You are not entitled to employer-provided beer, wine or whiskey. If you want it, go buy it. Nobody is stopping you.

So why should you be entitled to employer-paid sex?
