It is a sneaky racist trick. Get the United Negroes dependent on handouts and place them on figurative plantations. Lower their self esteem and cripple them from ever finding gainful employment. That kind of money will prevent them from ever fully integrating with the rest of the citizens. Koch money will be spent on booze and drugs and flashy clothes instead of schoolbooks and home improvements. That is the trap they are laying for the United Negroes.

Capt: that's zackly what I'm talkin' about. All the United Negroes want is a place in the sun. Their fair share of the pie. Like so many other immigrant groups that came to this country, the United Negroes want to follow in the footsteps of their ancestors and make a life for themselves.
