Police officers may want to rethink "playing army"

in every nickle-and-dime bust. Escalation begets escalation.
The horrors are piling up, 'deep opinion' is beginning to run the wrong way, and there are crazy but capable eye-for-an-eye types out there who will take them up on it, including the "special tactics".

Your Say

Police will be destroyed if/when they side with the coming tyranny. Their armored vehicles will become coffins.

There men in their homes tonight who have "played" at Army with a great deal more intensity than any typical police SWAT person. Should those SWAT persons barge the wrong door some night, it won't end well for them.

IED's put a fast end to SWaT stack and attack no knocks. They're easy to make and very effective.

Chipper, with respect, "some night" has yet to come.

I think we might start seeing pushback, but not until a lot more citizens are humiliated, concussed, or made to bleed while their children sit handcuffed on a cement driveway in their own goddamned homes. I say this because I think it has been demonstrated that American conservatives will hold still for an astonishing number of wrongs to be committed against themselves, and who wants to be a test case for asserting one's unalienable rights 2A style? Samuel Francis described this as "anarcho-tyranny", that condition of society that obtains when the law is strictly enforced only against those who are relied upon to obey the law most faithfully, and offer the least resistance to it, in the expectation that public order will be the result.

"Not showing up for the riot is a failed conservative policy". Kate MacMillan called it correctly.

Where is your *line in the sand*?

Unknown.

It may be when you see them shoot your dog.
Or when one of them punches your wife in the face.
Hearing the bones in your daughters arm break may do it.

They get to you, by hurting the one's you love.

That line, in your mind, that snaps without warning, turning you into an animal.

Chipper: you got it. Think of the police at any level as government employees prone to the mentality: counting paychecks, waiting it out until retirement, CYA and sucking up to the bosses for a promotion or desk job. They put the old guys, got less than a year to go out in patrol cars, they drive up and down the highways avoiding confrontations. Give these police the armor and helmets and other trappings of SWAT and heavy boys and they think they are bullet proof. If and when anyone shoots back they will pucker up and disorganize. They don't know what claymores are. They don't know what a tank or PC smells like when it's brewing up. they never ran over corpses getting out of the line of fire. Some of them will change sides, come over to their friends and neighbors. Hopefully there are some already on our side working on the inside.
