"You go down there lookin' for justice, that's what you find. Just Us."

Although blacks are only a small percentage of our community, the courthouse is filled with them:
the halls and gallery benches are overflowing with black defendants, families, and crime victims. Most whites with business in court arrive quietly, dress appropriately, and keep their heads down. They get in and get out–if they can–as fast as they can. For blacks, the courthouse is like a carnival. They all seem to know each other: hundreds and hundreds each day, gossiping, laughing loudly, waving, and crowding the halls.

Your Say

About 20 years ago I had to go to court for something I was dragged into. There I was in a $100mil building slammed to the rafters with the scourges of society, on both ends, and I was loathing every minute of it. Forced to congregate with animals that I would never normally be around. I told my attorney to get me the hell out of there no matter the cost, and he did just that in about 2 minutes in front of that judge, and I was instantly $2000 lighter in the ass pocket.

The justice system is a whole nuther side business reality and most people don't even know it exists except what they see on the plethora of pro-gov't TV shows which are mostly wrong as usual.

There's a reason why justice rarely does what it's supposed to in this country (according to Black's Law Dictionary the purpose of justice is to make the victim whole - which it hardly ever does) yet flourishes just the same and it's all about money - YOUR money.

I hope everybody involved crashes and burns.

The inner city is where 3-4% black males hail from and commit 50% of the crime in America. Big business I tell you, what with judges, prosecutors, defenders, jailers, probation officers, bailiffs, secretarial staff, food service, medical care --there is no incentive to cut off this never ending revenue stream. And it is sad to think of the wasted humanity rotting behind bars serving no productive purpose and costing fortunes.

"Still liberal after all these years."

Because having good intentions means you need never question your outcomes.

tripletap, it is far sadder that these elements that become wasted humanity were given the breath of life in the first place. And, it's sadder still that more of them are being born every day and in every city, or being permitted to enter into the country to flood and overwhelm all of our social systems.

U.S. politicians and psychotic "social engineers" work over time to restructure America into a nation of criminals and vagabonds and eventually that is what the country will predominantly support.

Then the Chinese will show up.

Thomas, then the Democracy dies, like they always do, from too much pandering to the underclass. Eventually the productive tire of their wealth being stolen to support the indolent, and they find someone to recover political power, usually some form of a tyrant. That is where we are headed.

And on top of everything else, all courthouses smell vaguely of shit (to paraphrase Al (Ricky) Pacino).

This essay is about as complete an indictment of black culture as one is likely to find. It's about the breakdown of family value. It demonstrates the failure of parents to educate their children in the need to respect themselves and other people. There is a solution and yet he sees none.

Downtown Atlanta, one block over from the state capitol complex, the Fulton County courthouse hosts a block party every day when the buses arrive carrying prisoners to court. The crowd, almost all black, gathers in groups across the street, or near the steps where the prisoners are marched into the courthouse. It's a scene that's been repeated there on days court is held for decades. It's not a place for a white guy to hang around, close to the public housing projects. A few blocks away, historic Underground Atlanta, has been run out of business twice due to the street crime committed on visitors and tourists. Buckhead was the place for young Atlanta's night life until the black street thugs showed up in large numbers and crime sky rocketed; Buckhead was where Ray Lewis and his thug buddies murdered two other thugs after the Super Bowl in 1994. That started the Buckhead exodus in earnest. White flight to safety has been the pattern for my 50+ years in Atlanta. Young blacks show up in numbers, bad things happen to white people. Blacks are pathologically racists and dangerous.

This linked "confession" has to be written by a troll, it panders to everyone's worst impulses. The leftoids with their holier-than-holy noble sentiments, that the well-off should help the less fortunate, even if it means theft by government bandits. That these noble sentiments absolve them from any guilt at the human degradation that ensues from dependency and thieving.

And then, because they appalled at the degradation that has occurred, they have no other explanation than that "blacks are different".

Bullshit! Such an antique notion. It was popular in Lincoln's day, even he wanted to free them and then ship them off to somewhere else, because he was under the conviction that they could not become fully American citizens, God-fearing (i.e. fundamentally moral), loyal to our Constitution (shared civic ideals), and loyal to our families, friends, neighbors, and country.

And it's a troll, because anyone who agrees with what he says, is outed as a unreconstructed racist. But him, no, not him, he's pure-as-the-driven-snow, his heart and his head are in all the right places, because of his lefteralism none of this can ever be his fault, he's only always with a pure heart just trying to help.

The Garden of Eden sucked. It's always better to earn our keep by the sweat of our brow, to know sorrow and toil all the days of our lives, and to return to the dust from whence we came. We ought to give thanks to that damn serpent for giving us the courage to stand up to our Creator who intended to deny us the knowledge of Good and Evil, and instead keep us as pale fawning shadows of himself.

If our lives don't have striving and success mixed with sorrow, worry, hunger, and tragedy, we're not fully human.

Sorry dude, DNA has nothing to do with it. It's the culture, specifically yours. There are the poor wretches that have been degraded by a culture of dependency. And there are the evil b******s that flourish by keeping those wretches in bondage. Once it was shackles and whip. Now it's the EBT and SSDI. For nigh on four hundred years we've endured fits of this poisonous notion that a few should rule the many, and the many live for the few. Seems like we are beset once again, for which the cure requires a reckoning and catharsis.

In this country, we are all equal. I reject this leftoid's assertion that blacks are shut out by genetics. The blessings of Liberty are accessible to all, and none are to be denied. That is the Creator's covenant with us. But to achieve these blessings, these things are required: a moral life, determined toil, the refusal of dependency, and the acceptance of responsibility. This is memes not genes, culture not biochemistry. Culture is a choice. We overcome the inevitable shortcomings of our genetic limitations by our choice of cultures. Cultural diversity is not a good in itself: the good comes from the recognition that some cultures suck, and some are to be desired: the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

The suckling always cries when the teat is pulled away But denied it must be, else all perish. There are only two guarantees in life: there are never enough teats, and the Devil will reap the hindmost. And there is one Covenant: that the blessings of Liberty will outweigh the sorrows. Those among us who screech that all sucklings must get their fair swig, intend that they are always first, and like the Castros and the Kims, they will always be the last.

It starts with the word NO! No, I won't censor my speech, gfy. No, I won't censor my thoughts, gfy. No, I won't do what you want me to do, gfy, it's a free country and I will do what I think is right and you can just gfy. No, I won't take your stolen government cheese, gfy. Maybe, with enough up-front verbal gfy punches, it won't come to the other kind.
