The public debate always assumes

that way back in like last week, homosexuals were in bondage,
forced to work on lavender farms in the South. There’s never any evidence presented, other than the obligatory reference to Stonewall, justifying the assumption. Famous homosexuals have been erased from history, because they could not have existed, according to modern thinkers.

This Leftists tactic wouldn't work except that nearly every person turns to others to tell them what is relevant and what is known. The Leftists' indoctrination, in schools, of the "you don't need to know things, just know how to learn things" leaves everyone vulnerable to "experts" to tell you what you need to know so you can "decide" for yourself.

This is the pattern that leads to hysterical demands about global warming and John McCain/Mitt Romney designated-losers.
