Unbelievable how far the military has fallen since I was in in the 70's. In fact, I doubt it is a military now, just a large scale social experiment. No wonder it never wins any *wars*. It's a misfits club.

It is clear from the evidence presented that any females wishing to breed must sign over their unborn children to a State sponsored crèche system. Single males or females must become altered and surgically neutered on a basis of genetic scoring. Points will be awarded for physical ability to breed, hereafter referred to as "brood mares" and DNA configurations according to desirable traits. Blue eyes gets double points.
