Progressivism, or at least its braindead American strain,
has no desire to live up to its own inane demands. Progressive policies are meant for other people, not them.This is why we have a president who complains about income inequality yet who spends forty million dollars on vacations during his tenure. And it’s why global warmists and climate change fanatics from sea to acidified sea would be utterly hostile towards any of their pet environmental policies if they were actually enacted. Simple solution: every one of those who blame global warming on automobiles should be denied the benefits of automobiles including the trucks that bring food clothes and shelter

You're right, Ghost. We've already seen this with the 0bamacare fiasco: "W-w-w-whaddyamean I have to pay for it? My messiah promised me it was only the rubes in flyover country who'd get stuck with the bill". The schadenfreude is delicious.
