The only thing not accurate with that picture is Kerry's tongue is not hanging out of his mouth three inches. Like H Reid and Mr. McConnell, Kerry always looks sick/distressed in a photo.

Kerry is a tool, and the cabinet in general is a batch of the worst kind of Occupy/clueless academics concievable. The kind of people who cannot hack the real world and for whom real life is a continual source of disappointment and frustration as it refuses to submit to their well wishing and desires. It turns out your will cannot create reality.

I doubt there is any perception "that something is wrong." J F Kerry is not aware enough to note anything being wrong. He just needs his bookend Nobel to close out his career, and will make any promise to any tinpot to insure it happens.
Look out, Israel. You are not a key required component in his quest.
