Sotomayor has now become the poster girl for self-interested racial preferences.
Her mediocre performance on SAT and LSAT tests served as a predictor of her performance on the Court. Two fellow liberals on the Court abandoned her, leaving only Ginsburg in her camp. Yeah it is pretty obvious her position on the topic was all about benefits of her and "her people" rather than law, logic, the constitution, or right and wrong. But then, that's why she was chosen for the job. Because she would reliably push the cause.

I do not agree with Ruth Bader Ginsberg about much. About anything at all, actually.
But Justice Ginsberg understands her duty.
She'll go out feet first or after the 2016 election.
