According to George Will, helmets and all other goods the US send Ukraine will not be sent on military airlift or sea vessels because that would be "provocative." Civilian charter only for transport.

Great. Now we are supporting, kinda, the Ukes against the Rooskies. Except in a half-assed cowardly way so we can deny it when we are called on it. United States validity is totally shattered; I bet even a raggedy-ass country like, oh, Haiti, I bet they won't call on us for help. Putin has an excellent chance when the next disaster strikes, he sends Russian aid and bingo, wins their hearts and minds.
