The Big Chill?

a_bigchill.jpg

I had no idea that the song “A Whiter Shade of Pale,” was called “A Whiter Shade of Pale.”
That’s the kind of song that if they play the first few notes at Name That Tune, everyone would know it, but no one would know what it was called. Or at least I wouldn’t know. Maybe I’ll remember now, since I’m writing about it. I don’t know ANY of the lyrics to this song! They are really hard to understand, but that’s okay because the melody sweeps you into feeling nostalgic about a time you never lived in, and a love you never lost. Also, who the hell is Procol Harum?
