"The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion." - Albert Camus

Your Say

die gedanken sind frei.

Yeah, our thoughts are free, but only in our heads. Once the thoughts materialize we become targets. That's when we have to back up the thinking with the doing.

Arbeit macht frei is another ironic statement. I don't think any of those Jews in the concentration camps believed that for a minute.

The only Freedom that we'll see will be bought with blood, just like it was in 1776.

Everybody loves freedom, nobody loves liberty. The Boston mob was an absolute rabble. What they won by 1783 was rule of the rabble.Lovers of liberty rolled their play six year later, but universal suffrage makes sausage of liberty.

No one can buy liberty with blood for a people who do not know what it is or much like it when they do.

James: you got that right. Those people that don't know Liberty, they been down so long it looks like up to them. Liberty and Freedom start at home. Like-minded folks will aggregate.
