Russia's Surrounding Our Ukraine and All We Get Is This Lousy Selfie

THUMB-BUDDY LOVES YOU: State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki indicates her support for Ukraine in a Twitter post Thursday (right) — less than a week after Russian forces stormed an air base in Crimea that refused to surrender after the territory's annexation by Russia (left).Russia sends troops, Obama administration sends a selfie

Your Say

We had adults in the White House, once. Even under Carter at least Democrats were adults, but Clinton and Obama? Its like a frat house in there. They are childish and immature, and we're all suffering for it.

In this context, that "selfie" is indistinguishable from a hostage photo.

Jen Pisaki is a classic eigth grade mean girl social butterfly. She was oe of the principal professional liars in Obama's 2012 campaign.

Can't you just feel the wave of relief wash over the Ukrainian masses with this awesome show of support from the Obama administration?

At least Psaki can stroke her ego.

Every time I see her, the phrase "one time, at band camp,..." always plays in my head.

One does not have to dig very deep to find evidence of total incompetence in this so-called administration. There is not a single competent person to be found in any department leadership role that I am aware of. Stalin filled his departmental chairs with similar "yes" men and thugs.

I wonder if, say 40 years from now, any of them will have looked back and seen what morons they are. Or are they too oblivious for that?

Can we just get ONE issue of...say... "Foreign Affairs" magazine, with a "Brilliant Women Elected to the State Department" issue?
Feel free to "beg the question".
