Well, at least he doesn't just want to raise taxes on everybody. Anyway, this has a long history in the US. Everybody has to remember that a quarter of the US government's revenue before prohibition came from liquor taxes.

There are too many roads in New Jersey. They can close some of them. A state should only have as many roads as it can maintain.
