Passing Through

November 1896 saw the start of a strange wave of airship sightings across the United States
— the San Francisco Call published the image above on Nov. 19, claiming that the craft had passed over eastern Sacramento the previous night, where hundreds had seen “its brilliant searchlight traveling over the city, and who will also swear that they heard the voices of its occupants and distinguished their merry song and laughter.” - – Futility Closet

Your Say

Ever notice the UFO's reflect the era in which they were sighted? Back in the 1800's they were portrayed as being made of wood and iron. In the 23rd century they will simply be flashes of light.

UFOs, like conspiracy theories, are 100% about the witness and seldom about reality. Once you cross over into the dark side you are trapped in a hall of mirrors.

Conspiracy theories are an attempt to explain how somebody that thinks they are superior is trapped working as Assistant Night Manager at 7-11 for 30 years ("THEY did this to me". And UFOs are about wishing there were advanced aliens to teach us a lesson or two (revenge).
