Thankfully the Hinds were pretty easy to take out, and Russia's weapons were about 50% reliability in the field because - hey! - socialism produces lousy workers with no motivation!

Johnston Atoll was used as the disposal site for a lot of Cold War chem weapons. The runways are marked with very big 'X's to make it clear that landing is a bad idea.
