The Brand New Warming Threat: The Polar Vortex[!]

rushglobalwarmingvortex.jpg

Whatever it is that keeps the polar vortex vortexed in the Arctic Circle is vanishing,
and that cold air is coming to us. Normally it stays up there. But now it's down here. How did it get here? That's the deepening mystery. That is the crisis. That is what is man-made. Man is destroying the invisible boundaries that keeps that air up there. How did it get cold in previous winters? Well, it got cold in previous winters, but, see, as far as most people are concerned, this is as cold as it's ever been in their lives. Left Creates "Polar Vortex" to Make You Think Winter is Caused by Global Warming

Your Say

The last time I saw something like the 'Polar Vortex" was in "The Day After Tomorrow'. Wasn't that a movie on Global Cooling?

P.V. caused by "the Left"?? I seriously doubt it. That group is comprised of Nature's idiots, incapable of cogent reasoning and incapable of creating or repairing anything.

What Is The Polar Vortex And Why Is It Doing This To Us?

The phrasing of the above question tells you everything you need to know about the illiberal, low-information, left. Intrinsic to the question is a victim mentality and a helplessness. Climate, because of its non-sentient nature is absolutely indifferent to humans or anything else, for that matter. If memory serves, the ominous sounding "polar vortex" was referred to as the jet stream back in the day. Then again "jets" are way cool whereas "vortexes" are diabolical.

Somebody tell these clowns that we are living in an ice-age, right now. It's (only) two and one-half million years old. By an amazing coincidence, that is when the isthmus of Panama closed, creating the Gulf Stream. Funny that all that severe disruption coincides with the the rise of man.

Enjoy the spring, there is no summer or fall. When it hits there is full glaciation in as little as twenty years. Maybe the Panamanians could be made an offer they couldn't refuse.

If you noticed they started naming afternoon sun showers, this way people are shocked by how far down in the alphabet the storms have come when a serious storm comes.

When I was a child, in Montreal (around 1970), it hit -35 F once, so this stuff isn't too surprising, but I do wonder what summer will be like. I assume there WILL be a summer, at least for a while longer.
