I'm glad the guy got off, but if a red light camera takes a photo of your face, which is what they do here in the PDR of Multnomah County, the admissibility of the evidence is up to the judge, whether or not you can "meet your accuser" the camera. I think I know which way the judge will go.

The police are your friends, but the guys who write the laws may not be. The truth is, if the camera didn't get a clear shot of you driving, then you have a great case. That whole meet your accuser thing is stupid, though. The camera didn't accuse him, it just was evidence. The guy who looks at the data and sends out the letter is the accuser, and he'll be at the trial, or a representative.
