Door. Ass. Bang. [Bumped]

Martin Bashir Out at MSNBC - TVNewser

Update: Sarah Palin Hopes Bashir's Attack Won't Stop People From Getting into the Arena...

Your Say

Now to get rid to the Teabagger-talking Usurper in Our White House.

So many liberal outlets-so few viewers. The ratings prove that posit.

He will only be replaced with another dreck.

Bashir was loathesome, but he shouldn't have lost his job. Public censure would have sufficed. We've become the old Soviet Union.

I agree with ahem, people should be allowed to speak their opinion, if you don't defend this guy's rights than don't defend Limbaugh's rights.

Freedom of Speech is the right to say what you want. It doesn't mean that you can say whatever you want without consequences. His departure from MSNBC was based on his being devoid of ethics and perhaps good sense. MSNBC had every right to boot his arse out the door. The only disappointment was that it took them 3 weeks to do it.

Ahhhh, the longings of the heart….because I believe that everyone should be given what they're begging for, and this guy is simply begging for it, I keep hoping that we'll hear a report that Bashir was beaten senseless during an attitude adjustment session.

Since when can't an employer fire and employee whenever they want?

MSNBC smeared Bashir's body waste all over their face by not firing him instantly.

Posted by: ghostsniper at December 5, 2013 9:16 AM

If it wasn't for conservative blogs and commentators, MSNBC wouldn't have any viewers at all outside family of staffers.

Posted by: Christopher Taylor at December 5, 2013 11:54 AM

Bashir was fired for what he said in order to ennoble leftoid's habit of firing conservatives for what they didn't say. Bashir can appreciate that sacrifices must be made for the cause.

I'll appreciate Bashir's sacrifice when I see his gaping head on a spike above Traitor's Gate. And not until.

Sarah is right...... AGAIN!

Bashir had the right to say what he wanted.

He also had the responsibility to live with the consequences.

There was once a time when someone could have called him out for his boorishness and made the point forcefully.

Bashir is a vile, talentless Third World dickhead. Send him back to Islamabad or whatever open air latrine he was spawned in.

Posted by: bill at December 5, 2013 11:18 PM

If it'd been a Fox commentator saying the same thing about, let's say, Wendy Davis, Ailes would have had said commentator escorted off the premises by the end of the day, if not the end of the show. And rightly so.

Posted by: Rich Fader at December 6, 2013 4:39 PM

Bashir was the clown, but he was enabled by the circus. Bashir's comments had to make their way through at least two staffs and executive chains before they went on the air. Writers. Researchers. Editors. Producers. Both show and network executives. A broadcast team. Lawyers. And the vile commentary still made it on the air.

MSNBC ought to be leveled and the ground salted, with its staff sold into slavery.
